Toeplitz Operators With Invariant Symbols Acting on Bergman Spaces of the Bounded Symmetric Domain of Type IV

Abstract

With the underlying n-dimensional Cartan domain of type IV, we will consider two subgroups of a maximal compact subgroup SO(n)xSO(2): A maximal torus and a subgroup SO(n-1)xSO(2). We will prove that Toeplitz operators with invariant symbols under the action of each subgroups generate non-commutative C*-algebras on every Bergman spaces with weight that is geater than n-1.
